Services
Tanya’s Pet Service provides professional pet care, including (but not limited to) dog walking, pet sitting, home visits, and related services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Bookings & Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
- Payment is required before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or other methods as listed on our website.
- Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
Cancellations & Refunds
- 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
- If Tanya’s Pet Service must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or extreme weather, you will be offered a full refund or reschedule.
Pet Health & Behaviour
- Owners must disclose any medical conditions, behavioural issues, or special needs of their pet before services begin.
- Pets must be up to date with vaccinations, flea, and worm treatments.
- Tanya’s Pet Service reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that shows aggression or poses a safety risk.
Liability
All reasonable care will be taken with your pet and property; however, Tanya’s Pet Service cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, illness, or death of a pet beyond reasonable control.
Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pets to property, people, or other animals.
Keys & Home Access
Keys entrusted to Tanya’s Pet Service will be kept securely and returned upon request. We will only access your property for agreed services.
Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, every effort will be made to contact you immediately. If you cannot be reached, Tanya’s Pet Service reserves the right to seek veterinary treatment on your behalf, and you agree to cover all associated costs.
Photos & Updates
With your consent, photos of your pet may be used for updates or promotional purposes (e.g. social media or website). No personal details will be shared without your explicit consent.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
